How to Import Leads from Excel into Zoho CRM


1. Navigate to the Leads Module in Zoho CRM.

2. On the records list page, click on the dropdown beside the Create Lead button.

3. Click on Import Leads.

4. On the page that appears, click on Browse to select the Excel file from your computer.

5. Click on the Next button, choose what you want to do with the records in the file, and select a criteria to skip existing leads.

6. Click on the Next button and map the fields in your Excel file to the fields in the CRM, taking note of mandatory fields. Also assign default values to fields where necessary.

7. Click Next.

8. Here, you can set up assignment rules, trigger automation and process management, assign follow-up tasks to reps, and enable manual lead approval.

9. Click Finish.
